What Do You Do When Your Boss Becomes the Problem?

Lawrence Scott graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point — one of the most elite institutions in the world. He excelled in academics, athletics, and communication. Owens II and co-host Terry Baylor to share the leadership principles he forged through that experience — and what happened when a second professor did the exact opposite.
